Summer The sweetness of the rice comes through on the palate, but it is refreshing.
50 It is very refreshing and seems to have no personality, but I felt a little bit of unique flavor in a quiet way.
Winter It is refreshing and easy to drink, but when it goes down your throat, the sake feeling comes all at once.

Impression: Light and dry
The aroma is subdued, but more creamy than fruity. The moment it enters the mouth, you can taste the umami of rice for a moment, but that too quickly disappears in this dry sake.
On its own, it is a little too simple, but when paired with a meal, it is something else. It goes well with soba noodles and sashimi.

Crystal silver color.
Gorgeous fruity aroma of apple, pear, melon, pineapple, and lime.
Elegant sweetness and gorgeous ginjo aroma. Smooth acidity pleasantly cuts through the sweetness.
Pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste.
It is quite delicious.
The aroma was mild and did not have much of a ginjo aroma, but in the mouth it was mellow and the flavor of the rice seemed to shine through. It was a delicious sake.
