The company-sponsored golf competition is over. The eve of the event at the izakaya in front of the station was also good. I drank a lot of local sake and breathed a sigh of relief when the next day's golf game was over. I had this cup of sake that I bought at a convenience store in the train station. It was good, good, good.
The second cup was Yoshinogawa.
It was also light and dry, but more pungent and astringent than the previous Takashimizu.
It was similar to the Tateyama I had the other day.
It was delicious. 🙆♂️
A send-off party for an acquaintance who is moving to Kyoto by himself.
Spring has come, and I ordered a limited edition sweet sake for February at a restaurant where I don't usually drink sake.
It was a light sweet sake, easy to drink.

Purchased at Joshin web. A crisp, dry sake with a touch of brewer's alcohol. Dry taste suitable for everyday evening drinking.

Sake that was offered to my father on his birthday 🍶 We will have a little bit of each 😅.
The first bottle is Yoshinogawa. As the label says, it is dry. I don't feel much acidity, but the bitterness lingers until the end.
Luxurious limited edition sake open! It is a souvenir of our trip to Nagaoka.
Delicious~! Is the acidity apple-like? Aromatic with a nice lingering aftertaste.
Goes well with grilled fish!
