The sake is a Junmai Daiginjo, so I thought it would be easy to drink, As it is a junmai daiginjo, one would expect it to be easy to drink, but it has a guttural mouthfeel, yet there were no unpleasant tangs.

After GW... 🥲... Work is busy... 😣... It's Friday... 😏😣... It's raining... 🙄... Well, of course I'm going. To have a drink.... Go to the usual place ❗️❗️ Today, we had this regular sake. Made with 100% Niigata rice! Now, take a sip...dry! But with a refreshing taste of rice. Delicious! The appetizers! It goes well with kinpira gobo (burdock root)! The texture of the burdock root Sake is so good! Oh, it's so relaxing!
