The taste is light and refreshing, but there is a lingering tingle in the aftertaste. My young wife also found this one spicy. ◉Awasetsu Premium from the Sake Brewery The brewer recommended this 8% low alcohol sparkling sake, which is like champagne. It's like champagne. It's not second fermentation in the bottle, but rather the fermentation process takes place in the tank and the wine is bottled. ◉Newly brewed sake junmai The flavor is full, with a firm acidity derived from the rice. Gokujo Yoshinogawa Ginjo A clear and refreshing sake, with a hint of astringency at the end. Gokujo Yoshinogawa Junmai Ginjo A clean and refreshing sake with a bitter and astringent aftertaste. ◉Gokujo Yoshinogawa Tokubetsu Junmai Mild flavor, good for warming. A young wife (someone else's wife) tasting more and more sake while pushing a stroller, looking for the sake of her choice. I think it's right. He told me that the number of foreign customers is increasing and that they are now mainly making No. 4 bottles, and that production is not going up. He said that the number of breweries in Niigata is also decreasing due to lack of successors, and that some breweries are completely unknown to him because of foreign investment.
