When I arrived at the store, I was still in a quandary about what to have, and I chose Nagareki, which you don't see in Chiba stores 🥳.
At my parents' house, my mother prepared a feast for us and I don't remember the taste of 🍶 at all 😂.

I opened a bottle of 💁♂️ here in a hurry today because I was able to buy some fresh salmon fillets and grape shrimp.
Let's start with the nose. There is a fluffy sweetness at first, followed by a slight acidity. Overall, the aroma is modest.
In the mouth, there is a hint of grape-like juice, but it is soon followed by a crisp umami and a pleasant sharpness that spreads along with the acidity.
Serve with a fillet of Niimaki salmon. The more you bite into the salmon, the saltier and more concentrated the flavor becomes. Nice 👍
Next, grape shrimp. The sticky texture and sweet umami go well with the shrimp. It is a duet of umami. Happy 😌.
