Sour, yogurt flavor. Also Great with chicken wings
Sour with a touch of bitterness to go with any meal. I thought you were a philosopher. Not a good match with grilled swordfish

A new taste of sake. Sourness and bitterness coexist. A classic sensation for my third adult taste buds.
Tangy whey flavor but not overpowering

This is another sake that hides its own character...and is a perfect sake for a meal.
Also has a sweetness that lingers in my mouth. Pretty good with food but probably a really good sake to drink by itself.

Sweetness in the mouth. I am not a fan of sweet sake, but it blends well with food. The sweetness that sticks to the palate is pleasant.
Mild flavor, sweet very lightly tangy

Today's Nagareki is brewed with Gohyakumangoku from the Matsuya Shuzo brewery in Gunma Prefecture and is Jungin Unfiltered Nama. ❗️
The aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of ginjo sweetness❗️As you take a sip, it has a mild texture on the tongue followed by a sharp sibilance and bitterness❗️Fruity aroma escapes from the nose❗️❗️This time it was 720ml and not much, but next time I want to buy 1800ml❤️
This is the first time in three years that it has been released as a draft sake.
It is mild on the palate, with a flavor like white peaches.
There was a hint of spiciness, but as the day progressed, it settled down and became sweet and mellow.
