The brewery is famous for "Sharaku". I drank it with "Sharaku" in mind. This one has a sharper, sharper edge. The melon aroma is elegant and subtle. It is more suitable as a food sake.

(I'm so happy to be a part of the Polish community. 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I had a bottle of Miyazumi's Fukunoka 😀. Right after opening the bottle, it has a fruity aroma. It's a gorgeous sake with an intense muscat taste and aroma when you drink it. It was delicious😙!

Miyazumi drinking comparison (3) Yume no Kaori 🌾. Nama yeast with a zesty acidity ✨. All 3 are too similar, I wouldn't be able to tell if they were served blind😅. I think my taste buds are not getting smarter after drinking so much sake, I think my taste buds are getting duller instead of smarter 🤣.

20241028 I visited the brewery and bought the limited edition to commemorate my visit to Aizu. The aroma is very strong and the mouthfeel is surprisingly refreshing. The aroma is strong and the taste is surprisingly refreshing. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
