Purchased as a souvenir from Aizu.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami, but the bitterness afterwards is strong and lingers.
If anything, it is a rich, mellow, dry sake.
This THE active nigori-ish(?) The white label + clear blueish bottle looks delicious at first: ❄️
Last year, I had a different rice nigori from Miyazumi in my liquor store's hanpukai and I liked it very much. I really liked Miyazumi nigori, which is made with different rice, in the liquor store's hanpukai last year. I opened the bottle with high expectations because this one is also absolutely delicious.
The bottle was opened with a very strong tap!
The aroma was a hint of rummy.
When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness and the sizzle! The sweetness spreads softly and the aroma of rice spreads.
...and that's all I have in my notes...but anyway, it was delicious. Needless to say, it was gone in no time at all.

It is mellow and very smooth on the palate. The freshness of the sake, the fruity aroma that goes through the nose, the umami of the rice and the sweetness are just right. It is different from Collage.
