MIYAZUMI
I know you are the brewery owner of Collage. I visited the brewery a long time ago. I went to the brewery in the old days.
The name is a combination of "Miya" of the brewery owner, Mr. Miyamori, and the name of Mr. Izumi, who used to own the site of the brewery.
It is from the liquor store's hanpukai.
It was so good last year that it is no exaggeration to say that I signed up again this year because I wanted to drink it.
The bottle was opened with a pop! and the cork blew out! I'm glad it didn't hit me.
The aroma is a delicious rummy rum.
On the palate, silky rice soda 🫧 melon and pear.
A little bitterness at the end and a dry kick.
As the day goes on, the bitterness and sweetness come together in balance without becoming too strong.
The bubbles fade away, but you can still feel the smooth transparency of the nigori, and it is easy to drink in large gulps.
It was delicious this year, too!
Good evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo 🌙
This is from Wadaya in Oimachi, but I searched and it seems to have the same specs as Sota's 🧐maybe they have the same tank?
It's also different from the winter junmai nigori, it's delicious 😆.
Fukushima Prefecture

Alcohol 16%.
It has an extremely rich sweetness in the mouth.
In addition, it has a firm umami taste on the tongue.
The aftertaste is refreshingly sweet like white grapes.
It has a strong alcohol taste and is very satisfying to drink.
This is a very popular sake.
It tasted bitter when I opened it,
I thought it was a failure, but after a few days the bitterness was gone and it was delicious. It is quite sweet and not good for a meal. After dinner or dessert? Maybe?

It has a nice, fizzy, bubbly taste with good flavor, aroma, and sharpness, and is extremely tasty!
It was a great combination with horse sashimi.
Today's dinner drink is 🍶.
Goitsu Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama Sake
Miyazumi intoxicating brew from Keiraku
Sweet and sour, yogurt-like aroma.
Sweet and sour in the mouth with lots of gas 😊.
After the sweet and sourness, you can also taste spiciness and bitterness.
Is it because it is junmai sake? I feel like it has a little bit of a "one-pack" flavor 🤗.
It's fun to drink. And delicious 🥰.
