It has a delicious flavor, acidity, and a hint of sweetness. There is also a slight sense of maturity. It could be said that it is like a noble sake. The feeling on the palate is light and dry.
It may be similar to the taste of "Matsu no Tsukasa" which I drank before! But I prefer this one. It is delicious.
It goes even better with a meal!

I was curious about it because of the label and the rice, Fukunoka, but I left without buying it at first. But then I saw your post on sakewa and thought "I want to drink it after all 👆" and ran out to buy it the next day 😁.
The taste is delicious with a hint of fluffy rice flavor and just the right amount of sweetness 😋😋.

I was intrigued by the pop-up that said it was a once-a-year item, so I bought it without hesitation.
The first sip had a fruity aroma reminiscent of apples.
The sweetness is moderate, and the full-bodied flavor and acidity are elegant, making it a beautiful sake.
