It is junmai, but it has a ginjo aroma. But that was only the first sip; the junmai character starts to emerge after the third sip. I thought they were pin-up comedians. It's not a twin duo. They are not a twin duo.
Fruity melon and muscat-like aroma with a hint of rice strength. It is rather easy to drink, similar to the high-end line of Kuheiji. I would like to see a little more rice flavor added.

The same fruity aroma as the first rise, soft rice flavor and mild sweetness spreads with a thin line of acidity, and finishes with a slight bitterness.
It is fresh and mild, but the umami of the rice is well expressed. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own as well.
It goes well with oden (a Japanese stew), roast beef, and take-out from Sushiro (sushi restaurant), which I had at my father's house on the first anniversary of his death.

It was surprisingly soft on the palate and flowed like water with aromas of rumminess, apricots, Japanese pears, and mandarin oranges. 〰︎〰︎
It is not rough at all, just gentle 😌.
The core flavor of Junmai Ginjo is not assertive, but it is very strong.
There is a weight of alcohol at the end 🍶.

The aroma of melon when you open the bottle 😚.
When you pour it into a sake cup, it has a slightly yellowish color with a slight oriki dancing on the surface.
I think I feel the acidity on the tip of my tongue, and then a very thick and powerful melon juice flavor entertains me: ☺️
Then a rounded sweetness spreads to the upper jaw and bounces back to the tip of the tongue.
A lingering pungent and astringent taste appears at the back of the tongue, and again in the center of the tongue, a little blue melon flavor oozes out. I like it 😆.

Beautiful sake. Elegant sake, one step ahead of seme. I paired it with a 3-piece dish (sea bream, kanpachi, and shime saba), firefly squid with vinegared miso and tomatoes 😆.
