The last of the tasting was a Fukushima-only ginjo type.
The aroma is somewhere between junmai and jungin, with a hint of pear and banana.
It has a mineral taste and goes smoothly on the palate, but it is easy to drink with a well-balanced taste of rice flavor like Junmai and a hint of aroma like Jungin!
After the tasting and shopping, it was pouring down. We can only be grateful for the thoughtfulness of the store clerk who told us to take shelter from the rain 🙏.
Next is the Junmai type.
The aroma is soft and banana-like.
The mouthfeel is round and gently spreading with a gentle flavor. The taste was THE Miyazumi quality with a taste of pear, apple yogurt and banana.
Good evening, stst!
I see you are enjoying Aizu in summer 🎵.
I remember Miyazumi Junmai was rich and delicious 😋.
Sake is the best when you enjoy it in the place you are traveling 🤗.
Good evening, ma-ki!
You also live with the Sharaku series and the Junmai is delicious ✨.
Sake from the region where you are traveling. And this time, I'm so fascinated by the Aizu sake, which is full of beautiful sake 🤗.
Today I went for a walk in the Tsurugajo area!
The weather was beautiful and we had a clear view of Mt. Bandai from the castle tower, so we were able to fully enjoy the green summer scenery of Wakamatsu ✨.
After visiting Tsurugajo Castle and Curry Yakisoba, we went to Miyazumi Meisen Brewery!
After visiting Tsurugajo castle and curry yakisoba, we went to Miyazumi Meizumi brewery!
Let's start with Jungin!
Refreshing apple aroma.
It has an elegant mouthfeel and a bright flavor with moderate acidity. The sweetness is less than junmai, but the sweetness, spiciness, acidity, and astringency are not overly assertive, and the taste is beautifully integrated ✨.
The local brand of Kurakura is Aizu Miyazumi, and recently it has become available in Tokyo as well. This one is made from a new variety of Fukushima-born Fukunoka.
The taste is sweet and thick like Kuraraku, with a melon-like flavor that is both fruity and tasty. Aizu Miyazumi is very drinkable and tasty.
Miyazumi is a long time coming!
The aroma is fragrant with a deliciously bitter taste, which gradually turns to a deliciously spicy taste and disappears quickly and crisply in the last part.
The aroma is fragrant and starts out deliciously bitter and bitter, gradually becoming deliciously spicy, and then disappearing quickly and crisply at the end.
Next year I will drink the spring shipment of Fukunoka Nama Sake 👊👊.
Miyazumi Junmai Ginjo 弐号 Hi-iri" by Miyazumi Meizo
This Junmai Ginjo from Miyazumi is made from Short-stalked Watabune, the father of Yamadanishiki.
It has a mild aroma somewhat reminiscent of fruit, namely grapes and peaches. As the sweetness and umami of the sake rice spreads out as if condensed, a quick burst of acidity appears, bringing together a rich but firm sense of body. The aftertaste is also slightly dry sake quality, and the final sharpness is perfect. This is a seasonal sake to be enjoyed on a hot summer day, well chilled.

I know it tastes good, but I was attracted by the label and the rice called Fukunoka,
I was attracted by the label and the sake rice called Fukunoka, so I bought it.
When the bottle is opened, it has a gorgeous aroma.
When you take a sip, you will notice a slight gasiness and a moderate sweetness.
It spreads on the palate and finishes with bitterness.
The balance is too good. It's so delicious.
Personally, I quite like the taste.
I wanted to drink it with care, but with quality like this, I'd drink it in a heartbeat.
Good morning, Shonan Han 😃.
We've had it before too 😊Yes, it's even better than that 😅although you know that from the beginning! I know it's obvious from the beginning but 😅 it's even better than that 🤗Summer oden🍢 is good too ‼️
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
Well, Miyazumi (and Sharaku too), you are indeed a destructive force 🤩.
I quite liked this Jungin too: ❗️
It was a cheap oden, but...,
