The mouthfeel is fluffy and banana, but the body is juicy with pears and white grapes.
I love the way it always has a constant bitterness and is not sticky and can be drunk all the time 🥰.
🌾Hiroshima rice. 🅰️17 degrees
A limited edition sake brewed in a sake brewery. A refined sake with a hint of ginjo aroma. The brewery claims it is dry, but I think it is umami.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Mellow and juicy autumn sake 🍶.
Slightly sweet with a fruity ginjo aroma. Mellow and delicious with a deliciously sour and bitter taste. 😋😋😋😋
I don't know if it's the juiciness of Omachi or Saijotsuru as it's my first time drinking it, but it's delicious!
No gassiness.
Price: 3,250 yen without tax.
Good cospa 👏.
I like this sake very much! Classical Jun-shu, with a very full body and on the less fragrant side. We drank it cold, around 15C and it was really good! Paired amazingly with some dry mango we had, I could recommend that, and I also suspect that it'd go also really well with some fried mushrooms.
Saijotsuru Shuzo

At the Saijo Sake Festival 2024 in Hiroshima
I went to Saijotsuru Brewery.
This is Junmai Daiginjo-genshu, the quintessential Junmai Daiginjo-genshu.
This is a cup where you can directly feel the deliciousness of the rice.
It was a classic junmai daiginjo.

I went to Saijotsuru Brewery.
This is Junmai Ginjo Aizan.
It has a mild taste and a sharp aftertaste that is typical of Aizan.
The aftertaste was very sharp.
At any rate, thanks to the Carp for all your hard work. So, Hiroshima's Sake
Color is clear.
The aroma is rich and fresh. There are apple, pineapple, and mellow banana sensations. There are also hints of white flowers and rice.
Sweeter than expected. Mainly sweet, with just a hint of acidity. There is a tight texture, but it is basically soft.
Enjoy the rich sweetness and umami. I don't know how to drink this kind of sake.
The standing aroma is of white grapes and blue peaches. On the attack, it has a round and clear rice sweetness and umami, while a refreshing acidity tightens the taste, and the finish is beautiful and lingers for a long time. I think it is classified as dry, but I can recommend this sake to those who like sweet sake.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The sake was competitive in price.
The small bottles are great for home drinking. ☺️
