It was lighter, sweeter, and tastier than the one I drank on May 6. For the reasonable price of about 800 yen, I drank about 2 gou of it. I regret that I drank it cold, even though it looks really good hot.

Purchased when Nemuchi and I stopped by Hankyu's Depa basement on the way back from traveling SAKE. I found the sake that Mr. Sakeran was drinking, so I bought it. I have bought a sake with the same label, but I think it tastes different, so maybe it was the Gohyakumangoku version? There is a trace of sweetness, but the basic taste is dry. It has a strong extract. It's not my favorite line of sake, but there is something about it that I can't dislike 🤔. This sake is not a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast, but I think it tastes similar to Daishichi that Mr. Sakeran praised so highly. On the second day, it tastes a little sweet like candy.

おたる島影　純米吟醸 Otaru Shimakage Junmai Ginjo 精米歩合　55% Seimaibuai アルコール　15% Alcohol Smooth and easy to drink like water. A good supporting actor with tempura soba and Ikura-don. A very pleasant sake with food but it does not have a strong personality on its own.

Last week In Otaru, we explored a bit away from downtown to find Shimakage Shouten

They have their “house labeled” Otaru Shimakage Junmai Ginjo Brewed by Kaganoi Shuzo In Nigata.

It's the paternal cousin of Miyamanishiki! Hehehehehehehehe. It's a rare sake! Sorry, brewer! Oh~ooooo! That's him. You have just recognized me as a connoisseur of sake, and you have tried to tickle my appetite with a series of difficult words and phrases such as "Takane" and "Miyama" that ordinary people would not be able to comprehend. All right, I'll go into the ministry. This sake brewer, who has the "perfect tongue" given to him by the gods, is going to slay this sake rice called Takane-nishiki! I'm going to smash it down! ......... Oh, no~ Mecha-uma~n❤ (standard development) First of all, the Alc feeling. This is almost imperceptible. From the light mouthfeel, there is cemedine in the back and blue apples on the front. Anyway, the 1st attack is so refreshing that you don't even notice the 17° Alc. Also, the refined and resilient acidity, which reminds one of the sake brewing process, is excellent. Jungin specs have often been a bit weak lately, but sake has a lot of depth, don't you think?

Purchased at Niigata Sake-no-jin. I tasted it and it was delicious so I bought it! The aroma was more fragrant than when I tasted it, sweet but a little spicy and delicious😍. I want to go to the sake camp again next year! Maybe next year I'll be able to visit 🐈‍⬛?
