小鼓　純米　無濾過　生原酒 Kitaizumi Junmai Muroka Nama Genshu 精米歩合　麹米　50%　掛米　70% Seimaibuai: Kouji-mai 50% Kake-mai 70% アルコール　17% Alcohol Fairly cloudy Initial flavor has a Pronounced acidity stings the back of my tongue. Umami sweetness lingers. This is very nice to drink by itself. Oh! Mixing the 澱 really brings out a much fuller flavor. Delicious! Pairs well with sashimi/sushi. Does not lose to Okra 朝付け. Can’t wait to try other sake from this 蔵。

おたる島影　純米吟醸 Otaru Shimakage Junmai Ginjo 精米歩合　55% Seimaibuai アルコール　15% Alcohol Smooth and easy to drink like water. A good supporting actor with tempura soba and Ikura-don. A very pleasant sake with food but it does not have a strong personality on its own.

They have their “house labeled” Otaru Shimakage Junmai Ginjo Brewed by Kaganoi Shuzo In Nigata.

Mr. Picky Dad. I guess he has a lot of feelings about this drink. It is quite deep and I hesitate to enter the restaurant.
