Yeah I'm tired 😓.
I didn't know Pepsi had a limited edition ❗️
I went to Shimonoseki on business and found it 💡.
I bought it because I like soda 😆.
Limited edition is such a power word!
Today, I opened a bottle of sake that I got as a souvenir 😆.
I've been telling everyone around me how much I love sake.
So I have a lot of Sake as souvenirs 😆.
Operation successful 😆.
I'm kind of familiar with Nishinoseki, or maybe this is my first time!
I'm not a big fan of aluzoe, but I enjoyed it warmed up 😊.

It was delicious 🍶!
Hello Kyuzo senpai 🌞Maido here 😊.

I went to Yuda Onsen the other day for work 😊I couldn't go to the onsen because of work 😅.
Oriental beauty, the Fukuro cuisine is absolutely delicious 😊😊.
This sake is very easy to obtain in Oita Prefecture.
I prefer to buy ginjo-style or junmai-style sake, but on that day I wanted to drink a honjozo-style sake, so I decided to buy it.
It has a very addictive taste, with a slight acidity followed by a gentle, sweet throat sensation that comes afterwards.
It has a nice sharpness and a clean aftertaste.
I would like to drink it lukewarm during the cold season.
A cute cup with many white daruma dolls painted on it.
The cool and refreshing taste made it easy to drink, and I never got tired of drinking it until the last sip.
Nishinoseki Special Junmai Aki-agari
When I lived in Oita, I was a frequent customer of Nishinoseki. I have the impression that it is easy to pair with dishes that have a strong umami flavor.
This time I paired it with oysters from Hinase in Okayama Prefecture.
The robust flavor of the autumn harvest goes well with the newest oysters from Hinase, my favorite oyster growing region in Japan😍.
I think this combination is ⭕️ 😋.
11/24 Memorandum
Dinner on this day was mackerel simmered in miso.
Here is the sake to go with such a dish 🍶.
Handmade junmai sake from Kayashima Sake Brewery in Oita Prefecture!
Gentle acidity, rich yet elegant umami and sweetness✨.
Raise the temperature to lukewarm and the flavor will spread even more 😊.
A steady cup 🍶 delicious 😋.
Thick and thick mouthfeel
Mellow and mild
It is written as a summer sake, but it was served at an inn in winter when it was very cold in the morning and white at the top of the mountain.
Purchased at a local liquor store.
It has been a long time since I have had sake from Oita.
It has a rich and aromatic rice aroma.
The taste has a gentle acidity and sweetness of rice.
It can be paired with many things.
It is a good junmai sake with a rich flavor.
