Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Dewa Sanzu Hi-ire
Gorgeous melon-like aroma😍
As usual, it is very tempting to drink👍
Sweet, umami, voluminous and full of flavor.
The flavor is sweet, delicious, voluptuous, and deep. Bitter taste when it leaves.
Slightly long aftertaste.
One of my favorite brands 🥰.
At a nearby liquor store, there is always a corner set up alternately for some sake brewery, and the brewery's people come to visit.
This time it was Ryoseki Brewery, so I looked in. Would you like a tasting? I was asked "Would you like to have a tasting?
I bought two bottles and left.
Ryoseki Hatsushibori-nama sake
This is the first shipment of the year! I was struck by the great sales talk 🤣.
In the mouth, it is of course sweet and fresh!
But I think it tastes more robust than other Ryoseki sake I've had so far.
And I can taste a little sourness and spiciness in it too!
Just as I thought it looked a bit interesting when I tasted it.
Yesterday I had a physical checkup, so I didn't drink it the day before yesterday, as I expected, but after a day of drinking it, it became more and more intense 😝.
As for Ryoseki, I got the impression that it was too strong.
But it's delicious 😋.
Good morning, Takashi!
It's too nice that you always have some sake brewery corner at your liquor store: ⤴️
I remember Ryoseki-san got me hooked on Suitama Junmai Ginjo when I was just starting out as a sake lover ✨.
I'll try Ryoseki too😊.
Masaki Sapporo, thanks for all your help here 😊.
I think we have space in our neighborhood liquor store (lol) we always have something going on.
Ryoseki Hatsushibori was delicious too 😋.
Good morning, ma-ki-😊.
Is that so? Odd, the other one I bought two bottles of is Suitama Junmai Ginjo 😆.
Ryoseki Hatsushibori might be a bit distinctive? Delicious though 😋.
3.9
Rice with a strong aftertaste. The aftertaste is sweet sake.
It is not spectacular, but has a spiciness that is typical of sake and a sweetness of rice. Slightly spicy, but deep in flavor.
When I hear the name Kame-no-o, I am always attracted to it. It was an honest sake that was not too sweet and had a spiciness to it. It tasted better after a few days than right after opening the bottle.
Today's first issue of the series
Ryoseki" Junmai Ginjo🍶.
I went to a liquor store for the first time to buy another brand... but they didn't have the brand I was looking for, so I took them to this one!
We opened the bottle the same day we took him there.
The local ⚽️ club got promoted to J1 for the first time 🎉Celebrate 🥂!
The aroma is fruity and gorgeous!
The mouthfeel is clean and tasty but not sweet, very easy to drink ✨.
5 for my taste!
It's like I only like 5 😅
There are so many really good sakes 💦I don't need a *...
It was displayed in the refrigerated case at the store along with two kinds of Ura-Suiyu, and this was the last bottle, so I chose this one. This was probably the easiest to drink among the low-alcohol sweet sake I have had so far. The specs are as follows
Rice used: Ippozumi
Rice polishing ratio = 50%.
Sake meter = -18.5
Acidity = 1.8
Amino acidity = 0.7
Yeast used = brewer's yeast
(From the Aihara Sake Shop website)
I also took a picture of the specs from the store where I bought it, Mikawaya, so I've uploaded that as well. It's been a while since I found a bottle that I thought "This is it! I think I have found a bottle that I can think "this is it" after a long time. _.) __(..._...)

I was interested in purchasing this sake because of its use of brewer's yeast. I imagined it to be a somewhat wild sake, but when I drank it, I found it to be weak, light, fruity and easy to drink with a good mouthfeel, the exact opposite of what I expected from a layman. It went very well with the atte.

I was intrigued to buy this because it was described as a Yamahai with a flavor that reminded me of strawberries. When I drank it, I found that the sweetness was not as strong as I had imagined and the aroma was not so spectacular. It goes well with food, but I think it is best to drink it before a meal.

Ryoseki Shuzo 150th Anniversary Sake
15% polished rice from Akita Prefecture's newest sake rice, Momota and Ippozumi
As the label says, it is the culmination of Ryoseki's traditions and new approaches cultivated at Hanayuup and Suitama.
Not as gorgeous as Hanayuup, but it has a beautiful, fruity aroma like apples.
The taste is a little mild at first, and there seems to be a bit of a blank space.
After a while in the mouth, a beautiful, mellow sweet umami flavor develops.
It reminds me of the beautiful and cute girls who used Ippozumi and Momota for the first time a few years ago.
Compared to the previous Hanayuup, this sake has the mellow sweetness of the previous Hanayuup, but has been refined with high rice polishing to give it an elegant taste that is suitable for a high quality sake.
A great sake that will definitely satisfy Hana Yuu fans!
