When paired with vinegared spinach, the sweetness comes out, but the sharpness is still there and delicious. The rather spicy bean sprout namul is nice to bring out the sweetness. The chicken marinated in pickle juice and steamed, the sweetness of the pickle further brings out the dry potential of the sake. I usually prefer sweet sake, but this is delicious!

I found this Hanamup at a liquor store in Matsumoto city during my business trip 🌸It was away in the fridge at home, so I opened the bottle 😋.
The aroma is a little more subdued and mild than the usual Hanayuup🤔It has a good balance of gentle sweetness and sourness in the mouth 😚👍It's not too sweet but exquisite and has a nice sharpness, so it can be served alone or with a meal. 🙆♀️
I can't go wrong with Hanamup after all 🍐🥳.

A rare bottle of Ryoseki that I received from the hanpukai.
The rice used for the sake was Kame-no-o and it was stored in ice for a year after being fire-brewed once 🧊.
