On the third day, we moved from the Suwa Lake area in Nagano Prefecture to Kawaguchiko Lake in Yamanashi Prefecture.
Unfortunately, the starry sky, the best in Japan, was not visible due to torrential rains😅.
However, Lake Suwa was clear and we were happy to visit the five Suwa breweries.
I bought too many things again 💦.
Today's destination was a campsite at Kawaguchi Lake, where you can see Mt.
We finally pitch our tents on our last day 😁.
When we arrived, it was also raining heavily here, so we hung around until the rain subsided and went to the local supermarket.
At the brewery, I bought a limited edition sake.
I bought too much on this trip, so I decided to return home while consuming a little of the sake I bought in Gifu...
Tenryo Sumasuma.
A sweet and sour fizzy low-alcohol sake. It is quite light, but has a sake-like taste.
The fourth photo shows the brewery, Ide Brewery, which sells sake directly at the store. It seems that tours of the brewery are available, but reservations are required at least one day in advance.
Good evening, Nemuchi-san. I'm sorry you couldn't see the shooting star in Nagano 😢I wish I could add the heat and heavy rain in Kansai and divide the number of stars. I'm glad Lake Suwa was clear 😊I enjoyed the sake trip so much that I bought too much 👍I hope to visit Suwa Gokura someday 💕.
We had a limited edition bottle of Ootake from Nagoya at a corner bar. The water was super soft and easy to drink, perfect for this time of year, and I had to have another glass.
I thought it was a delicious sake with a subtle fruity taste and just the right amount of sweetness, followed by just the right amount of sourness and bitterness to make it easy to drink.
Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka21
Tenryo is not sold very often.
I know a place that sells it, but I can't get there.
I buy Hinoya at Nishinomiya Hankyu and know it's good.
I heard that this is the originator of the back label. I don't know anything about it.
I drank
Hinoya Junmai Ginjyo Nama Hashiro, unfiltered, raw sake
Polishing ratio 60% Hidahomare Sake degree +0.5
Deliciously fruity aftertaste
Hinoya Junmai Ginjo 55 Nama-Nagarazake
Polishing ratio 55% Hidahomare Sake meter +1
The impact of the sake's raw yeast is so strong that it doesn't leave much of an impression...
Tenryo Junmai Ginjo-Nama Nama-nihon Sake Tenroir Yamadanishiki from Gero
Polishing ratio 55%, Sake meter value +2
Aroma is gorgeous and slightly refreshing, suitable for eating...
It's quite late in the game, but the flavor of Tenryo and Shiromayumi is very impressive!
I took a picture with Mr. Mizumoto of Yoshimoto's comedian Span!
Overall 9 (out of 10)
I enjoyed it so much the last time I drank it, that on 6/15 I went to the Hida area again and stopped by the Hida Jishuzo Honten to buy some!
It was just as delicious as the last time 😋.
I had it chilled.
The aroma is as follows.
-Aroma: Aroma of a modest ginjo 👍.
-The aroma is a bit astringent.

-Sweetness: 1 at the beginning → 1 in the aftertaste
-Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste
-Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0

Mouthfeel I felt】→ 2
Smaller number = light and smooth
Bigger number = thicker and richer
Tenryo-sama, the same deliciousness 💖 Today, galette is a new item on our banquet menu. Baked buckwheat flour galette, put cheese on it like pizza dough and grill it lightly again. Drizzle with maple syrup to enhance the sweet and sour taste of the alcohol 🥰👍.

I bought this sake at Hida Jizake Kurahonten, a sake shop where the brewer came to talk about his brewing process.
This sake is made by bottling new sake immediately after pressing and storing it in a snow cellar at ice temperature. Ice storage increases the umami and sweetness, and the roughness of new sake becomes soft and mild.
My impression was that the taste was indeed soft and gentle, with a corner removed, dominated by umami and a moderate sweetness, and accented by a slight astringency at the end. That is the impression I got. I like this lineage 😋.
Compared to yesterday's Kudoki-Ue, I gave it a 9 because it lacked depth and the impact of the rice flavor was weaker 😅I would have given it a 10 if I hadn't drunk Kudoki-Ue.
It was served chilled.
The aroma I felt was

Pheho Tonight's phrase 🤭
Summer sake or shiruben narikakeri Hatake no shun
I was impressed by simple seasonal vegetables with summer sake❗️ pickled cucumbers and green beans with sesame seeds from a neighbor's field. It is the summer sake that brings out the sweetness of summer vegetables ♡.
Hi shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃.
Two bottles of sake that are close to a perfect score 💯 is a good dinner 🤗Summer sake to go with summer vegetables 🥒🫛 🍶 delicious 😋.
Pekho-san, your haiku are very good 👏 and don't need any correction 👍.
Jay & Nobby! Hi 😃
I got the haiku ⭕️🙆♂️ 🙌😉 Now I want to pair it with corn 🌽❤️ Jay, it's been a while since I've had a drink and I'm looking forward to it ❗️
I had this one when I went to Gifu on vacation and came back liking it so much that when it came out with my family, we were all excited! We were so excited when it came out with the family. 👍🏻
It was still delicious 😋!
It's dry, light and easy to drink!
