Another bottle purchased on our trip to Takayama was from Tenryo Sake Brewery in Gero. A good sake to buy on a whim. The aroma is simply mild and sweet. The mouthfeel is very soft and smooth. The water is said to be super soft. The flavor envelops the sake, and it finishes with a great sharpness. Hidahomare is a good sake rice that retains the flavor of the rice. It is said to be a light and dry sake. However, since this is not a ginjo but a junmai, it should not be chilled at a very low temperature. Well, I should leave it in the vegetable room instead of drinking it all. Thank you for the food tonight, too!
