I have returned from my trip home.
I originally wanted to eat "hegisoba" in the countryside, but I was not able to, I thought, and boiled dried hegisoba noodles to eat.
The slight flavor of laver and the smoothness of the noodle were very pleasant.
I also wished I could have had ramen,
I also opened a bottle of the one-cup sake that "Katsuryu," a famous ramen restaurant in the countryside, had teamed up with Takai Sake Brewery.
I had drunk it once at a restaurant, but when I drank it again at home, I found it to have a robust flavor.
It is very crisp and tasty.
It tastes like it can be served with thick ramen noodles or meat, rather than with hegisoba (buckwheat noodles).
The second photo was taken five years ago when I went back to my hometown to visit "Katsuryu" and drank this one cup in the restaurant.
I drank it while eating the Kakuni (stewed cubes of meat) and chashu pork that came out on a separate plate, but did not fit in the bowl.
It is dry, though not as sharp as it should be, with a gentle sweetness of rice. As the name implies, light and easy to drink!
A small amount by my standards, but not my favorite flavor... 💦.
When drunk at 60 degrees, it has a mildly sweet aroma.
In the mouth, it has a nice fullness and umami flavor with a nice sharpness.
As expected, it won the gold medal at the Heated Sake Contest 2022!
Gold Prize, Heated Sake Contest
This sake has no characteristics when cold, but when heated, it has a refreshingly sweet heady aroma and the acidity gives it a crisp outline.
A must for those who like their sake sharp and hot.
I can't stop, I can't stop.
I like the sake that is only available at direct retailers because it is gassy, but this one is calmer (note that it has an alcohol content of 18! ) I can drink it smoothly.
It is a sake that I can enjoy in general.
I think this is probably a limited edition sake for the brewery. (I'm a yobaba, so I may be wrong.)
It is a raw, unblended sake from the brewery's direct store.
I could be mistaken, but I think maybe the "brewer's steal sake" is this fire-aged version.
feeling of gas
It is a strange and awful liquor that is sweet and acidic and has an alcohol content of 18 degrees, but it can be drunk smoothly.
Limited to direct sales.
