Since about three years ago, I have been drinking sake in winter. I buy "Takano-i" at Yaoko. It tastes good for the price (1,700 yen) and is the most cost-effective (or maybe even tastiest?) sake among those sold at Yaoko. I drink it most often.
When I bought it today, it was labeled "Japan's Largest Heated Sake Contest 6th Gold Award". They're doing a great job! But is it really?
Sake from a brewery in my hometown.
The original sake, which was brewed in 2001 and entered in a sake competition, was stored in ice for 20 years.
We were grateful to receive it.
I wonder how many alcoholic beverages I have left over. It was bottled within 24 hours of being squeezed at the time. I'm sorry, it's been sitting there for over four years now. The best part is that it's not too expensive, abercrombie. I'm not sure if it's a bad idea, but it might be possible to let a naughty freshly brewed bottle sit.
The third bottle of the online year-end party was a light dry cup from Taka noi!
The dry taste continued.
Takanoi's light dry cup, which was also used for yakiniku the other day.
It's refreshing and no longer like water. (drunk).
But it also has umami.
Online drinking is a great way to feel at home.
I always end up drinking too much
I always end up drinking too much.
I'm going to stop at this point....

Drinking out after a long time.
A farewell party for a colleague.
It has a good throat feeling that goes easily with Yakiniku, light and light, and gentle dry taste.
Easy to drink.
In Niigata's winter, when there is a wave warning and the feet are scrawny with ice, we drink it cold at a warm barbecue restaurant.

Junmai Ginjo Yamahai Jikomi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Koshitanrei, 55% polished rice, al17
This is a dry sake with a clean, full flavor. The ginjo aroma is just a hint.
I bought two bottles of this 100% Koshitanrei sake for my food paradise, both of which I personally liked and rated highly.
