It is dry, though not as sharp as it should be, with a gentle sweetness of rice. As the name implies, light and easy to drink! A small amount by my standards, but not my favorite flavor... 💦.

When drunk at 60 degrees, it has a mildly sweet aroma. In the mouth, it has a nice fullness and umami flavor with a nice sharpness. As expected, it won the gold medal at the Heated Sake Contest 2022!

Gold Prize, Heated Sake Contest This sake has no characteristics when cold, but when heated, it has a refreshingly sweet heady aroma and the acidity gives it a crisp outline. A must for those who like their sake sharp and hot.

I can't stop, I can't stop. I like the sake that is only available at direct retailers because it is gassy, but this one is calmer (note that it has an alcohol content of 18! ) I can drink it smoothly. It is a sake that I can enjoy in general. I think this is probably a limited edition sake for the brewery. (I'm a yobaba, so I may be wrong.)

It is a raw, unblended sake from the brewery's direct store. I could be mistaken, but I think maybe the "brewer's steal sake" is this fire-aged version.

Three kinds of sake were compared. Next was the first Takanoi. The mouthfeel is fresh. It has a firm rice flavor, which is typical of Yamahai, but it also has a crisp and clean taste.

Takanoi Original Limited Sake Sake meter degree +5 I try not to subscribe as much as possible, but I think it's wonderful to encounter a new sake every time, so I get into sake subs. I open the package with anticipation. There is no explanation on the package, so I use the QR code to find out what kind of sake it is! Takano-i. Hmmm... I used to drink this sake every day... Where is this new encounter? But I realized again that it is a delicious sake. One of the interesting things about "sakepost" is that you can post your taste sensations. There are several options, and you can choose the one you think is closest and compare it with other people's impressions. I like it because it trains me to focus more on taste, as I am not a taste person.

Yoshiike Procurement Series. It is light and dry, and as it is called "light and dry", it is refreshingly dry. Not at full strength sake, so easy to drink! Delicious!

Very focused ginjo aromas of pineapple, bubblegum, lychee, cotton candy, strawberry and blueberry. Maybe some hints of rice and dairy but mostly concentrated, sugary "pink" aromas. On the palate a much different beast. Deep, smooth umami with cereal, chocolate, and hazelnuts. Acidity is well balanced with the rest and does a great job of adding body. The palate finishes short, with a really good clean finish. I think this is a fantastic junmai ginjo. Aromatic yet full bodied and rich. 5/5
