Refreshing, gorgeous flavor, junmai ginjo-shu.
You can drink Ikegame rather often when you come here. A sake from Fukuoka that you don't come across very often.

Ikegame stocked at the Jojima Brewery Birabiraki!
I fell in love with it at first sight when I tasted it and bought it immediately!
It's a great sweet to dry thirst quencher!
Purchased at Ikegame's sake brewery during the opening of the Castle Island Sake Brewery.
It is not available for tasting and can only be drunk by purchasing it.
Slightly yellow in color
No carbonation
Sake is a legitimate and tasty sake with a firm and rich flavor.
The 3 year old black malted rice sake was also delicious, but you could only taste it at the brewery and not purchase it.
I wish I had asked for more detailed information about the rice polishing ratio and other specifications, as they were not listed!

Taste: ★★★☆☆☆] First drink it hot (60℃). It has a faint odor of alcohol. In the mouth, alcohol, rice flavor, bitterness, spiciness, and a hint of sweetness spread. Next, it was served cold. In the mouth, there is only the umami of rice and a slight alcohol taste in the aftertaste.
Nodogoshi: ★★★☆☆☆] When served hot, it is coarse but has a good sharpness. The taste is a little rough and a slight bitterness remains for a while in cold sake.
Change over time: ★★★★☆] No change.
Comment: Easy to drink as a hot sake, and good as a food sake. It is better cold than hot, but has a roughness to it.
Overall rating: cold ★★★☆☆☆, heated ★★☆☆☆☆.
A little dry, but not too dry for dry lovers.
Of course, it's delicious!
