Gorgeous aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth, and the taste is green apple-like. Usually Ikegame gives the impression of being sharp and dry, but this was a completely different flavor. It was my favorite flavor.

Ikegame refreshing summer Junmai-shu
The aroma is a little calm. It is not different from the image of Junmai sake.
The mouthfeel is more gorgeous and the rice has a strong sweetness. At the end of drinking, there is a lingering aftertaste of alcohol, which is unique to Junmai sake.
It has a ginjo taste, but is also strong, and seems to be a very good sake to drink with food. That is why it is a bit strong to drink by itself.
