I've been interested in Fukuoka sake lately and have been buying a lot of it.
This is my first time in Ikegame🐢.
First day of drinking
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of sweetness.
It is bitter in the mouth... 🥹.
I can only taste a little bit of umami and sweetness behind the bitterness... 🥲.
I decided to leave it for a few days anyway.
On the third day, I drank it with trepidation and found that the bitterness that was so bitter had somehow disappeared.
Was it because I was sick? 🤔
The first aroma is faintly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a light sweetness with umami flavor, and it goes down smoothly and cleanly.
It was a delicious sake with a clean and clear taste for a low 75% rice polished sake.
I would like to try Kurokabuto next, but I guess that is impossible in Tokyo.
A sake associated with the season of flowers. It is said to have a pretty and gentle taste, but it is a slightly sweet but not cloying sake for spring. I bought the label.

Fukuoka's sake is not so common.
I haven't had a chance to drink much Fukuoka sake, but
This was delicious!
Pineapple-like, ripe apple aroma. Gorgeous on the palate. It is very sweet. The aftertaste is surprisingly light. There is a slight astringency. Surprisingly refreshing.
A junior colleague at work gave it to me!
It's good, just the right amount of refreshing and gorgeous!
Not quite fruity?
However, it was a very good Junmai Daiginjo, and was very drinkable!
A limited edition of "Ma-ya"? Ikegame is a special item only available at "Maya".
The one I go to doesn't have it, so I looked for it at several stores and finally got it 😁.
It has a firm sweetness with a touch of sourness, and an astringent taste in the second half. It tastes better than I expected, but I think the astringent taste lingers for a long time.
I think the astringent taste disappears and settles down nicely after a few days after opening.
