I thought it was a hiyaoroshi like a draft sake, and that's exactly what it said on the back of the bottle.
It is not raw at all, but rather moderately calm, with a refreshing acidity that comes afterwards.

A gift from a friend. It is the first time to have a sake in a paulownia box.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma like strawberries. It has a concentrated sweetness and a good acidity. The slightly peculiar flavor that reminds me of shochu (Japanese liquor) comes from the black malted rice? (I don't know 😅). Such a delicious sake is hard to find ♥ Thank you, Mr. Fatty!

This is my first "Ikegame".
It is a junmai daiginjo, but it has a solid feel, probably because it is unpasteurized. It is very drinkable.
It is a limited edition, and the fact that I was able to enjoy it with a sense of superiority that I got it only adds to its deliciousness.
I want to drink it again.

It is Ikegame from Kurume 🐢.
The label is a cute goldfish: ❤️
This is my first time drinking Ikegame, and while it is a junmai sake, it also has a bit of ginjo aroma, which gives it a nice cosiness 😙.
It has a refreshing and crisp summery taste, with just the right amount of sweetness and umami that won't interfere with your meal 😋.
It went well with meat, fish, and vegetables👍.
