ふみちくA gift from a friend. It is the first time to have a sake in a paulownia box.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma like strawberries. It has a concentrated sweetness and a good acidity. The slightly peculiar flavor that reminds me of shochu (Japanese liquor) comes from the black malted rice? (I don't know 😅). Such a delicious sake is hard to find ♥ Thank you, Mr. Fatty!
