The balance of acidity and sweetness is just right for me personally.
The umami has a lot of extension and lingers into the aftertaste.
It finishes with a moderate bitterness.
The sweetness and umami may be more easily felt if the sake is not cooled too much.
In any case, it is so good that it does not seem to be a special honjozo!
