I received this as a souvenir from Mie. It seems to be a sake that has won various awards.
It has a fruity mouthfeel, but it has the harshness and spiciness typical of sake, and maybe a little sourness.
I'll keep it low today.
I bought it on a recent trip, fascinated by the name and label. We had it with takoyaki over the weekend.
Not too expensive, not too much, just the right taste.

Mie Prefecture is one cup of Hokosugi from Kawatake Shuzo. It is an easy-drinking sake with a slightly sweet taste. I prefer super dry sake, but my wife buys it whenever she goes on a trip, ignoring our preferences.

According to the brewer, it has become more cohesive after a little time since it was freshly pressed.
It has a melon and cucumber aroma with a moderate bitterness and a clean aftertaste.
It has a nice balance of juicy banana, pear-like flavor and dryness.

Easy to drink with a not-too-heavy graininess from the fruity.
The restaurant 🍶 is very nice!
The entrée is homemade bonito shiokiri (salty!).

Yumigaho is a sake rice that I've never heard of before!
It seems to be a mutation of Ise-Nishiki.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo scent✨.
The mouthfeel was clean and dry,
but there is a firm rice flavor in the second half 👍.
It tastes better when it's a little warmer than when it's cold 😋,

Yumikataho seems to be a limited rice for Kawabu Brewing, so the recognition of this sake rice is still to come 🌾.

I was patrolling a liquor store and found a sake I had never seen before💡.
According to the clerk, it was made by a long-established sake brewery near Ise Shrine. I thought to myself, "Oh, that's the brewery over there. ❗️" and as I listened to her talk, she said, "It's quite sweet and shwashy.
I thought, "Isn't that exactly my "strike" 😆❣️ and immediately welcomed it into my home.
The aroma is like a peach,
In the mouth, the sweetness spread ❣️ and then came a moderate bitterness.
The taste is not as sweet and tasty as I expected, but it has a very low carbonation.
It was a delicious sake that could be enjoyed on its own without the need for an accompaniment 😊.
I also had it on the rocks, as recommended by the waitress, and it was also delicious.
