This is the third commemorative purchase for a visit to Ise Shrine.
The brewery was recommended to me as "a brewery with a solid taste. I told him I like fresh sake, and he recommended this one.
It is just as I said! It has a core strength behind the fresh flavor. And the punch of 19 degrees Celsius is a nice surprise.

Mie Prefecture is one cup of Hokosugi from Kawatake Shuzo. It is an easy-drinking sake with a slightly sweet taste. I prefer super dry sake, but my wife buys it whenever she goes on a trip, ignoring our preferences.

Yumigaho is a sake rice that I've never heard of before!
It seems to be a mutation of Ise-Nishiki.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo scent✨.
The mouthfeel was clean and dry,
but there is a firm rice flavor in the second half 👍.
It tastes better when it's a little warmer than when it's cold 😋,
