It's the Mie Sake I've been wondering about✨
I've been working on a property in Suzuka recently,
I found this sake while doing my rounds of Mie liquor stores!
Yumigaho is a sake rice that I've never heard of before!
It seems to be a mutation of Ise-Nishiki.
The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo scent✨.
The mouthfeel was clean and dry,
but there is a firm rice flavor in the second half 👍.
It tastes better when it's a little warmer than when it's cold 😋,
It tastes better when it is slightly warmed up 😋.
I would like to try the same brewery's formula!

I was patrolling a liquor store and found a sake I had never seen before💡.
According to the clerk, it was made by a long-established sake brewery near Ise Shrine. I thought to myself, "Oh, that's the brewery over there. ❗️" and as I listened to her talk, she said, "It's quite sweet and shwashy.
I thought, "Isn't that exactly my "strike" 😆❣️ and immediately welcomed it into my home.
The aroma is like a peach,
In the mouth, the sweetness spread ❣️ and then came a moderate bitterness.
The taste is not as sweet and tasty as I expected, but it has a very low carbonation.
It was a delicious sake that could be enjoyed on its own without the need for an accompaniment 😊.
I also had it on the rocks, as recommended by the waitress, and it was also delicious.
Hokosugi's regular sake
Mellow aroma, moderate stimulation and acidity. It has a slight aftertaste that lingers in the mouth.
Gentle sourness and sweetness like a barrel sake. Tastier than imagined.
It can be served cold, cold or warmed.
It is surprising that a 4-pack of this sake costs less than 1,000 yen.
It would be great if supermarkets and convenience stores would stock this...

It tasted like juice 😋Houou Mida's peach and strawberry are 5-6% alc. but only the yuzu is 13-14% alc. 😳I remember getting drunk from gulping it down without knowing 😆 I like both 💕.

This time I tried it heated.
It has a gentle sweetness, but the acidity is rather forward.
The spiciness was not noticeable, and it went in smoothly.
Although it is a Yamahai, I personally think it is better served cold or chilled.
