☀️
Lightly cloudy with a good sense of rice 🌾.
The aroma of rice can also be felt in the upper part of the aroma.
It has little sweetness and a clean aftertaste.
It has a tight and smooth mouthfeel.
At Chiba Inamaya on the way back to my single job, at the corner bar. 😋
It is quite dry and sharp. It also has a slight bitterness with a hint of orikiri. It is not sweet and refreshing, so it would be good as a mealtime sake, especially with fish. It reminded me of dry Sagaminada. 🐈️
It's named for autumn, but it's still hot and humid in Chiba. 😓
Aroma explodes even before drinking
The aroma spreads more as you drink
This is a type of sake that I have never had before.
The taste is more than quite dry.
Alcoholic and tangy taste
Best when paired with a meal
