Super local! Real doburoku from Kumazawa Shuzo 😋 I drink Shonan Beer here often but it's been a while since I've had a sake type 🤔 This is a slightly sweet and sour 10 degree alcohol sake with a touch of gas during fermentation. I've been drinking a lot of Shonan beer, but it's been a while since I've had a sake... 🤔 This is a slightly sweet and sour sake with gas in the fermentation process. It was a very tasty eating sake that was fresh and pleasantly gassy ✌️.

I opened the bottle on the second day of purchase. When I put it in my mouth, there was a gassy feeling and then the smell came and then it settled down in my mouth. I'm looking forward to seeing how the flavor changes.

It is a "muddled sake" made with local rice and yeast collected on the premises. I bought it raw because it is a very limited edition. As it was still fermenting, I opened it slowly and chilled it as per the instructions on opening the bottle. I enjoyed the taste of the traditional sake while feeling the mumble of the rice. I thought it would be sweeter, but there was hardly any sweetness at all, and it was an interesting sake where you could feel the flavor of the rice. The label is unique and you can feel the story of the brewery.
