Aiyama's 🟥 and
Lots of colors in this sake 😁.
It goes down your throat without resistance.
From a clean and refreshing mouthfeel
I feel it in the latter half of the bottle
A firm acidity.
As the day goes by
The clear taste becomes fruity
fruity taste and the citrus acidity
The citrus acidity shows its full potential.
Lemon-like acidity
It reminds me of Sentori's Kabutomushi.
Drinking too much of SENKYO's seasonal sake
This year, I am looking for my first encounter with sake.
Next year, I will drink Kabutomushi 😁.
Fuku has a new sibling: ✌️
Its name is Mame.
As soon as I found it at Don Quijote
My wife put it in the cart 😁.
Fuku looks kinda happy ✨
Good evening, Manta!
Aizan White Koji is fascinating 🤤.
I remember having a bottle of OMACHI and it was very tasty ✨.
I'd love to try it someday 🤤.
Fukusan sure looks happy and cute 😍.
Good morning, Manta😄
Fuku-san and his siblings 🤩Mame-san are so cute 😍 they really are like brothers 😆 No wonder your wife put them in the cart ✌️
Fuku-san looks so happy, good look👍.
It's also good to meet new drinks ❣️
Hello ma-ki-san ^_^
I have never had Omachi yet, so I would like to try it 😊.
I've never had Omachi yet, so I'd like to try it 😊.
I'm glad to hear that Fuku was pleased with it too? I'm glad to hear that ☺️
Hi HinaHanaMama ^_^
At first I found the Chashiba, but the moment I saw the Kuroshiba I picked it up and put it in my cart 😁.
Repeated drinking of good sake is good, but drinking your first sake is also good😊.
Manta, it's been a while 😊.
I couldn't see the Saturday and Sunday's editions so it's been a while 🙏 I couldn't help but stop to look at Bukku's happy face 😆 so cute 😻
I'm curious about the sake from Kanagawa because it's not easy to come across it 😊.
From the "Kanagawa 12 Breweries Autumn Thanksgiving Festival 2025", this is a white malted rice brewed Amano. The acidity was not that great for white malted rice. This brewery was rather crowded, so I was only able to drink this one. It was a pity.
Fluffy and nice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the sense of rice spreads and it is sweet. It has acidity and thickness. There is a slight aftertaste.
(The photo shows an empty bottle).
With a friend in Chigasaki
Due to work-related reasons, I contacted a friend who was a very good friend of mine in college to learn some things from him, and we decided to meet in Chigasaki.
We talked about work and a little bit of sake.
Tensei in Chigasaki, my hometown.
Gentle and soft
Sukkiri.
When I drank it before, I thought it was a bit more dry,
Well, I can't rely on my own tongue 🤣.
My friend was not a big sake drinker, much less a sake drinker! But, she was like, "I've been enjoying sake a lot lately,
"Sake is so good these days!" 🤣.
So we went to a place where my friend sometimes goes to get a variety of Sake 😆.
PS. Mr. Tokumitsu was there, he's from my hometown!
Good morning, Takashi 😃.
Mr. Tokumitsu! I see you are in Chigasaki ☺️ must be a great place for such a celebrity to come ✨The sake lineup is perfect and the nodoguro is amazing 🤤.
Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😊.
Mr. Tokumitsu, for a moment I thought, "May I take your picture?" I thought "can I have a picture?" but decided not to 😖I think you and your husband came here together. But the restaurant was not that upscale 😘.
The endgame is dry, as dry as it seems.
