From Nabashoten Ginrin, winner of the Gold Prize in the 2023 National New Sake Competition Ginrin Junmai Ginjyo Kurukuru Nama Sake, served cold. It is dry but has a slight umami flavor. It has a taste especially favored by women. Purchased at Takadome Sake Shop in Yokote City, Akita Prefecture.
