This is the first bottle of Akita Shun Ginjo. I've never met this brewery before, but it's a good omen❗. The second day, the aroma of the nama-moto has receded into the background, and the taste becomes light and clean, but the nama-moto structure gives it a moderate depth, as if it is producing the flavor from a step back. This sake has become my 💓.

The current sake brewery was built in 1927-3, the first reinforced concrete structure in Tohoku. Ginrin Kurukuru A refreshing sourness, but with a hint of umami. It has a slightly modern feel, with a slightly yogurt-like sourness. I like the kurukuru label and have been buying and drinking it, but I don't know where I bought it...probably at a liquor store near Mt.

National Sake Fair 2025 part60 Akita Prefecture⑤F Naba Shoten in Akita City Usual brand name is Ginrin. I've seen the sake labeled "Kurukuru" on SNS, but I've never seen the real thing. You can't buy it in Kansai, can you? It is brewed using Akita-style sake yeast mash production. It's interesting that the phrase "kuru kuru" means "to be made with an electric drill when making the yeast and yeast. That's why it's called kuru kuru 😁. It also says on the label that it means "May Happiness Go Around. The product name is also interesting, like a triple axel or a quadruple salkow, like figure skating 🕺. Polishing ratio 55%, Akita Sake Komachi 15%, Sake degree -1.0, Acidity 1.6 Price: 1782 yen It is a modern type of sake, just like the label, with a strong sweetness and flavor. A little bitter with a lingering aftertaste. The style is somewhere between modern and classic. Nemuchi-san seems to have had Akitaharu after this! Next stop: Iwate! 45 minutes to go...

Komachi Beauty I thought it would be sweeter! I knew it had the cleanness of Ginrinrin! When I came back, there was a little bit of a habit? The taste of rice? If you close your mouth, you may feel the spiciness on your upper jaw.

I like the name of this sake, which sounds like a nylon fishing line. When heated, it has a perfect spiciness and umami, and is very drinkable, but it is easy to drink because of its sharpness. It is a delicious sake that is very much like sake, but in a good way.
