A delicious, sweet, junmai sake. It's as natural as "Shizenshu"! It's hard to believe it's 80% rice polishing ratio, but I get the impression it doesn't contain anything impure. It's just after the autumn, so it has a great flavor. It's an autumnal sake, but it's also good to drink it sipping after the start of winter! The rice polishing ratio is 85%. It was a full-bodied sake with a slight brown sugar-like sweetness lingering in the aftertaste. It was somewhat similar to Oze no Yukidoke Padlock of Love, which I drank a while ago.

Another one this time, It is a bottle of NIIDASENSHU's HATSUYUKI. However, it is last year's sake. I didn't drink it and it was wintered over, so I put it aside for a year, It might taste dry. I let it sit for a year to see if it would taste dry. When I opened the bottle, it started stirring automatically 🫧🫧🫧🫧. Oh my goodness it's fine😳 I opened and closed the cork several times as the bubbles rose vigorously. Is this because it has been sitting for a year? Creamy light cloudy. The top aroma is grapefruit, orange, yogurt and sour cream. The mouthfeel is very fizzy, like a soda. The taste is like amazake (sweet rice wine) with orange aroma. But it is quite dry with a strong fizzy and oli taste. Usually Hatsuyuki is like melted snow （I think it might be dry 🤔 is it a hit? It might be dry 🤔 is it a hit? Well, it's something interesting! When warmed up to lukewarm, it has a delicious grapefruit taste that sticks in the gently swelling rice and shuwashu sensation 😊. Pizza gone in seconds. What shall we do? I've got some Muji curry. I think it goes surprisingly well with it. It seems to go well with ethnic food. No, it's kimchi. Let's make pork kimchi. Merry Christmas this time 🎄✨

The first time in my life, I had a Niida Sake. I selected a sake from Fukushima for Christmas Eve. From the name of Melon 3,33, I thought it would be very sweet and fruity, but it is surprisingly refreshing and dry. Fukushima sake is delicious. Merry Christmas🎄!
