This is my first Fukushuku.
The store classifies it as a dry sake, but it's just as crisp and slightly bitter as it sounds!
Of course it's delicious!
If you ask me if it is a dry sake suitable for eating, it seems that some people may feel the bitterness is habit-forming, so it is better to drink sake with sake and food with food.
I was on my way back from a farewell party, so I had a light dinner with a bottle of sake I left as a souvenir from my trip 🎵
It was a perfect combination of elegance, umami, and aroma that reminded me of the flavor of steamed rice 🙌 Beautiful sake, beautiful sake 😋.

The water tastes honest. It is in Kururi.
I imagined it to be fruity, but it tastes slightly bitter. The sweetness is restrained. It also has a salty taste.
It tastes good while eating tofu.

The last sake I chose from the impression of good luck.
It was my first time to drink it, but I liked it a lot among the drinks I had that day.
I'd like to try it again when it's plain because it was after a lot of drinking.
Oh, a little light; 13 degrees of tenderness, I guess.
Clear syrupy sweetness.
Mild acidity, pear, etc.
It is gentle but not watery,
It is easy to drink and pleasant to drink.
It has a kind of "pretty lady" feeling.
The aftertaste is smooth and clean.

At "Akagi", Iriya, Ueno
The second bottle was Nakakumi Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu, also from Fukushuku.
Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture is used.
The only sake from Chiba Prefecture that I know of is Koshi and Sohno-Kangiku, so we compared and drank the same brand.
This one is a little darker than the previous brand.
It also has a strong acidity.
The slight sweetness is well-balanced and delicious.
By the way, although I ordered the eel course this time, the dish in the photo is an "eel burger" (鰻バーガー🍔).
It is so small that you can pick it up lightly with your thumb and forefinger, but it is so delicious that it makes you want to shout "Wow!
It's also a great match with sake!

The first bottle is a summer jungin from Chiba Prefecture.
It is made with 100% Hokkaido comet.
It has a refreshing taste typical of summer sake.
It is light but has a subtle balance of acidity and sweetness.

Junmai Funakuchi Naojime Shiboritate Nama Sake
This sake is limited to the brewery. The flavor balance is very nice, with a rich and umami flavor. I like it a lot.
The only distributor of Fukusuku in Kansai is Takakura, and they want to strengthen it in western Japan because it is weak there.
