My favorite Chiba sake 🍶 "Fukusuku" ㊗️♪The aroma is subtle...the aftertaste from sweet bitterness to moderate bitterness and comet flavor...it's really good 😋 Wow .... If it's Chiba sake, it's whale sashimi....goes well with it! On the second day, we had western style hors d'oeuvres to go with it....also goes well with it....it's delicious 😋Now it's Fukushuku ㊗️

I love "Fukuju"... I opened a bottle on New Year's Day too! Fresh citrus aroma...sweetness and bitterness on the palate. I'm sure it's delicious😋...the pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste is nice...served with yellowtail sashimi and boiled pork...delicious!

Here are some more sakes from the "SENDAI Sake Fest!" hosted by Sake no Kawashima on May 25th. I am ashamed to admit that this was probably the first time I had ever tasted this brand of sake, "Fukui Iwai. I had not had many sakes brewed with comets before, so I chose this one. It has a well-honed taste that is typical of highly polished rice. But it also has a full-bodied taste 😋. I only had this one this time because of the time and the extra intoxication, but I'd like to try other types when I get the chance ✨. The fourth photo is a completely missed opportunity 😭. After all, it's a relatively new brand, so I'm sure everyone is curious about it... Thank you very much for coming from far away Kyoto! I hope to see you next time! (*maybe a little too much)

Green aroma of young pineapple and bamboo. Sharp acidity on the palate. Citrus flavors. There is a slight astringency on the palate, The strong umami that is typical of the original sake comes through later on. The aftertaste is long, but the acidity keeps it from being dull. 3/5 for my favorite.

Izakaya Uohana is located near Chiba station. It is easy to drink because it is a little spicy but not too strong. There is a sake brewery in Kimitsu Kururi, isn't there? I didn't know that.

Junmai 🍶 Shiboritate Nama Sake✨ Third tasting at Kururi Sake Museum. Freshly squeezed, but more complex than freshly squeezed. Sweet and sour, but not just that. I think the acidity is more dominant. Living Water Kururi Sake Museum 20250308
