I tend to buy the type that recreates a snow country in the bottle (lees piled up).
Opening the bottle takes a very long time, just a little bit of opening is all it takes to get a bobble and a great mixture 🫧.
The aroma is a little bit of cooked rice and rummy.
When you take a sip, you get pear, thick, kona kona rice, and a lingering bitterness in the back of the mouth.
There is a slight fruity pear taste in the back of the mouth. Smooth shuwashu nigori: ❄️
The next day's supernatant, not much aroma...a little pear?
When you include it, it's clearly pear soda, and rice behind the slightly fruity pear.
Mixing, pure white! Continues to be a little pear fruity and bitter. The rice konakona and mash are more intense and delicious.
The feeling of drinking nigori is amazing!
I'll try it warmed up: ♨️
Kamikan, the aroma is pear and rice. When you drink it, it has rice and a crisp alcoholic kick.
Hot sake, the aroma is slightly sweet rice and a hint of pear. When served hot, it has soft pear and rice, and the alcohol taste may be reduced.
I may have said too much about pears...but I enjoyed it with a slightly stronger meal.
One and a half hours to go... a review for the end of the year's drinking... can we go a little longer!
