Sake degree +12. This is the first time I've had a Junmai Daiginjo that was this dry. You can feel the freshness of new sake while toasting. But it can also be served with a meal. It is also perfect as a saké.

At a ryokan in Chita Peninsula, Aichi Prefecture. After toasting with beer and refilling several beer mugs, we had our first glass of Michisakari chilled. The taste is very stable. It is neither too spicy nor too sweet. The 45% milling ratio makes it easy to drink. I forgot the price, but I think it was quite cosy. I think I understand the meaning of "tradition and innovation.
