Gifu sake! New Sake from Sanzenzori's Nama Sake Series✨ Fruity aroma 🍎🍏. It has a refreshing taste with almost no sweetness, It is easy to drink with the juiciness that is typical of nama-shu! Delicious as always 😋. Gin no Kura 🍜, a ramen chain in Aichi, Japan. Miso and corn sweetness is gently delicious 😋.

I had a strong impression that Sanzenmori was dry, but this sake, although dry, is not so harsh and is fruity and easy to drink, changing my image of Sanzenmori.

I had it with konnyaku and shiitake mushrooms as a side dish at a corner bar on my way home from work. I can't give you a high-level food report, but it was delicious. It makes me happy to see sake near my parents' house.
