Sake degree +12. This is the first time I've had a Junmai Daiginjo that was this dry. You can feel the freshness of new sake while toasting. But it can also be served with a meal. It is also perfect as a saké.

Store Drinking. Sake rice is Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture and Akita Komachi from Nagano Prefecture. Yeast is G2 from Gifu Prefecture The color is clear. Smell is the smell of rice. Nice aroma: ☺️ The taste has no fruity sweetness, and the umami of the rice can be felt. The mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing, with a bitter aftertaste. It was truly a "fragrant suzumisake" 🧊. ☺️ Typhoon 🌀 is coming, but summer is coming too. ☀️

Fresh active sake with ongoing yeast fermentation in the bottle. It tastes dry and refreshing with a touch of carbonation. It took about 15 minutes to open the bottle. Polishing ratio 45 Alcohol 15-16%.

I have stopped updating at all and only photos are accumulating in my folder. Today is my first post in a while. I wanted to have a drink late at night, but I didn't need any snacks, so I chose this dry beer. This is probably my first time drinking this brand. As the name suggests, it is a summer sake. I guess. The first sip had the strongest aroma, just as it says "fragrant" (I got used to it as I drank more). (You get used to it as you drink more.) The rice is polished to 45%, so it is very refreshing. I don't like sakes that are too much like water, but this level of presence is just right for my current mood. It may not be enough for some people. Personally, I like to drink this sake well chilled at dusk in summer. I thought it would be good to start with white fish and gradually add darker snacks. I would recommend it when you want a refreshing sake, though I think it depends on the occasion.

I've been drinking all through the GW period 😅I had to rest my liver for 3 days from Tuesday to Thursday 😑. And the one I've been waiting for on Friday ‼️ was the one recommended by kino. and also drunk by bouken 🤗Sansenzori's fragrant Shiboritate. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time and finally managed to get my hands on it during a long-distance 🚙 izakaya tour the other day👍. I'll make love to you with delicious sashimi from Asanoya I'll love it with Asanoya's delicious sashimi! I love it ♬! It's fruity 🍎🍏 and fragrant 👌 and bouken is right, it's sharp and spicy with a hint of sweetness 😍If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be "ummai" 😚. I can't tell you how many times I've said it's good 😁Yeah, Sanzenmori is the best 🥹. Let's continue our GW Mashiko stroll! On the way to Mashiko station, we found Okada Sake Brewery ‼️ and peeked inside to find a fridge full of Nozomosan 😍The owner's wife came out and started tasting the sake, saying "Even if I explain it with my mouth, you won't understand unless you drink it". I knew I couldn't leave empty-handed after drinking so much 🤔I knew I could only buy Sanbana at Sotaike Shuzo, so I got Nozomu's Miyamanishiki, which the wife said was dry 👍and went back to Sotaike.
