I had a strong impression that Sanzenmori was dry, but this sake, although dry, is not so harsh and is fruity and easy to drink, changing my image of Sanzenmori.
I had it with konnyaku and shiitake mushrooms as a side dish at a corner bar on my way home from work.
I can't give you a high-level food report, but it was delicious.
It makes me happy to see sake near my parents' house.
Sanzenmori is served with 5 kinds of pickles. Although it is labeled as a "dry" sake, the pleasantly fragrant ginjo aroma and the sweetness of the rice do not make it dry. The acidity of the aftertaste also goes well with the otsumimi. Thank you very much for the sake.
6/10
Sanzenzori is a sake brewer that is particular about the taste of its sake.
It was an interesting sake with a very unique taste.
It is certainly dry, but it has a strong lingering aftertaste despite its refreshing taste.
The spring-like label gives it an image of a food sake, but what should it be paired with?
Tempura, perhaps.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I see you like Sanzenmori! I wonder if it goes well with sashimi🤔I'm still a newbie to sansenzori, so I'll make a conscious effort to drink it next time! I wonder if there is a liquor store that sells it 🥺.

The mouthfeel is so crisp that it is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 45%. The acidity hitting the tongue and the pleasant dryness that lingers on the palate are intriguing.
I tend to open nigori (a kind of beer with a sharp, sharp taste) these days, but I wanted to drink something sharp and crisp! I wanted to drink something sharp and crisp, so I opened a bottle of this one.
The aroma is a little grapey? Apple? The aroma is sweet and fruity. As the name suggests, the aroma is soft and pleasant.
When you take a sip, you will be surprised at how sweet it is. Is it unexpectedly sweet? It goes on and on in a completely non-sweet direction, and then disappears without a hitch.
This is exactly what I wanted to drink now! The light umami and the crispness of the flavor! Delicious.
As the day goes by, the aftertaste seems to become even more crisp. The aroma is more fruity at first.
The feeling in the mouth is like water with a light and light flavor. The second half flows smoothly down the throat rather than being swallowed, and the final taste is sharp! I can imagine....
I thought it would be good with seafood with a strong flavor such as sea urchin to feel the full-bodied acidity.
Good evening, Kotaro 😃.
Sanzenmori! It's fruity, dry and refreshingly delicious 😋I'm sure you'll want to try it with seafood or some other ‼️ delicious sashimi 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️
If you're looking for a fruity, clean, dry drink, Sanzenmori is perfect for you👍.
Sashimi is definitely the one that goes well with it 😆 It satisfied my desire for crispy dry 😉✨.
