I had some time before I went out, so I had a light drink❗️
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not.
The best food in the world!
Hilli Ichi means one drink at noon in our house💦.
It's a mid-mouth drink that goes well with oysters.
I think it's good as a midday drink 😀.
I really wanted to drink it hot, but my wife was looking at me like.... I gave up on the idea of drinking it hot 😭.

Today it has a slightly fruity aroma and taste with a bitter aftertaste.................. It's interesting how the palate feels differently on different days. You will never find the same sake twice, once in a lifetime.
