The mouthfeel is fizzy and light, the aroma is fruity like melon, and the taste is sharp and dry with a good balance between acidity and umami.

The mouthfeel is clean and crisp. The acidity characteristic of mizu-hashigashi-zukuri and the rich sweetness and umami spread out.

It's low in alcohol content, but they say it's undiluted. Not only does it look peachy, it tastes peachy. It also tastes a little like plum wine. Some may find it a little too sweet.

I think the regular Kasumisake and Nigori Sake that we tasted are easier to drink without any peculiarities.

The product being sold was this year's BY, and the sake we tasted was one year old. It is an easy-drinking type of sake for Yamahai with a sweetness that stands out from the acidity, and is quite sweet. I think it said the sake degree was -35. It was the most expensive rainfall they sold.

This is the one that I️have been wanting to buy but haven't gotten around to it yet! I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do it, but I'm sure I'll be able to do it 😁.

It was also sweet but a little dry and astringent. It also has a gassy feeling. Low alcohol, low rice polishing, and the use of Bizen Omachi seem to be the common concept.

We tasted at Morita Sake Shop in Yamato Yagi, probably the first rainfall in the Kansai region. It is located in front of JR Unebi Station, but only one train comes every hour, so it is convenient to walk from Yamato Yagi Station or Yagi Nishiguchi Station on the Kintetsu Line. This sake was unique among the many Nara sake such as Shinomine, Okura, Choryu, Hanaboe, Kintake, Harushika, Umenoyado, and others. It was sweet and sour with strong gas. It has a champagne-like atmosphere. It is similar to Kouji apple because of the use of malic acid high-productivity yeast. Kikuyu, a brewery that used to make traditional sake, was bought by a company that was mainly in the real estate business (at the time of its founding, it was in the rice-polishing business), and a new brand was launched under a new organization.

I was told that I could try all the ones they had in stock, so I did, but in the end I bought the peach-colored nigori I'd been after from the start.
