I bought them all together because of their nice labels. ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjo Nama Shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 17%. I looked at the production date: 2022/02. I thought it would be a one-year aged sake bottled and refrigerated, but I bought it because of the cute label and my interest in maturity (?). I bought it because of the cute label and my interest in aging (?). It has a soft aroma and a fruity taste on the palate, with a slight sourness or bitterness. Is this an effect of aging? I bought it because it is matured when I say matured. First, I enjoyed it at room temperature (cold sake). As soon as I opened the package, the sake was so mellow that it had a fruity aroma like muscat. In the mouth, I thought it was a slightly dry sake with a little sourness. ましらのやまさんTakibi Sake ALC 15%. Other undisclosed I was lured to buy this sake by its catchphrase, "Sake that goes well with camping food...". The label is also interesting with a picture of a campfire. Since we can't have a BBQ, which is a standard camping dish, I bought some roast beef, made a miso stir-fry with leftover pork and spicy sausage as snacks, took out my camping mug, poured some hot sake into the cup and enjoyed it. ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjo-shu, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Slightly aromatic, slightly dry. It is a sharp sake. I thought I might have already encountered this sake... but it was not an unfiltered raw sake, and the sake rice was not listed on the label, so it was slightly different, so I checked it in as a first encounter sake. To compare the sake, I opened four different types: Dewanosetsu [no thanks], AKABU [junmai ginjo], Dewazakura [ginjo Sakurabana], and Mizubasho [summer sake junmai ginjo origaraumi]. Dewanosetsu [Fusho] and AKABU [Junmai Ginjo] are new check-ins, while Dewazakura [Ginjo Sakurabana] and Mizubasho [Summer Sake Junmai Ginjo Origaraumi] have been updated with information on the day they were drunk. よいどれ♪🥂 I've had a bottle of this sake before that was fire-brewed and delicious, so when I found it on sale at the store, I bought it without hesitation. I found a store that sold the raw sake and bought it without hesitation. I bought it without hesitation ✌️ The fresh aroma comes through to the nose and the umami of the rice spreads to the palate. It was a very tasty and cosy sake with a clear and slightly dry taste 👍️. It was a very delicious sake👍

ましらのやまさんSpecial Junmai Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miyamanishiki 100%, Polishing ratio 60 ALC 15 degrees, Yeast: 901 We enjoyed it as a tsukimi sake with sweet tsukimi dango and salty plum crystals as a side dish while viewing the beautiful mid-autumn moon in September/November. It was served at room temperature (hiya-shu). It has a slight aroma of rice, and I thought it was slightly dry, full-bodied, and deep-flavored sake. On September 14, it was served hot. ましらのやまさんJunmai Ginjo Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%, Sake degree +2.5 This sake was sold at room temperature, so we first warmed it up to lukewarm. The sake was warmed up, so it became mellower, but the dry taste was still there. Compared to the Yamori (special junmai sake) that we bought and drank together, it felt a bit lighter. I plan to have it cold tomorrow. (๑˃˃˃) I have included an image of the fireworks display at the mouth of the Sagami River in Hiratsuka on 8/26/2022.
