First, we went to Nakazen, which was good last time.
The restaurant was full, so we moved to the sister restaurant.
We had only ramen salad, crab miso hoba-yaki and guarana sour without sake, and went on to the next restaurant!
We went to a soba noodle shop to have a glass of sake only!
There was a sake I was interested in!
Bessan was also drinking this one!
It's a special junmai Hanasumi (light nigori) unfiltered raw sake with a light pink label from Sairai!
Last year I had some white light fog, so I thought it might be this one, but it was a special junmai!
Low sweetness, a little bitterness.
The evaluation is that it reminds you of picking strawberries.
I think it's the kind of sake that makes you feel spring!
We had Soba Hana Tsuke Soba and retired for the night!
It seems to have snowed heavily the night before, so it will be a little while before we see a real spring!

When I asked the manager about it, he told me that the price of sake had gone up, so they had changed it to a single item only!
If that's the case, I'll choose one tonight!
Tenmei Nakadori Ni-go Junmai Ginjyo Nama Shu, new rice new sake!
The color is a little yellowish.
The taste is fresh with some bitterness!
It was poured well, so we sipped it!
I served it with soba noodles with oysters and mushrooms.

Yamashiroya's standard class, first class, special class, etc. are blended and selected from a number of blending patterns. Even though it is a blend, we have designed a sake that maintains the consistency of the quality of the sake, balances the aroma and flavor, and allows you to enjoy a hiyaoroshi-like Yamashiroya that has matured moderately and has increased its flavor. We hope you will enjoy Yamashiroya Matured in a wide range of temperatures that only Nama-moto sake brewing can provide.

From Sapporo's only sake brewery, Nippon Seishu, comes the second "Junmai-shu Ginpu", which will be developed as a standard product of "Chitotsuru" in the future!
This junmai-shu is brewed with "Ginpu," a rice suitable for sake brewing born in the magnificent land of Hokkaido, using a secret thickening method to bring out the power of the yeast invented by the previous generation of toji (master brewers).
It has an exquisite balance of fresh acidity and clear sweetness, like a mouthful of fresh apples. The closer the temperature is to room temperature, the fuller the flavor becomes.

Label of "Bacchus", the god of alcohol
Thermae Romae" is a laugh-filled manga about a bathhouse in ancient Rome.
The manga has sold more than 9 million copies and was made into a movie. Mari Yamazaki, the author of the manga, drew the label for "Atago no matsu: Comet".
The motif depicts Bacchus, the God of Sake, dressed in ears of rice and marveling at the taste of "Atago no Matsumatsu Comet".
The label is a unique one that has never been seen before, utilizing Yamazaki's distinctive "Ancient Rome x Comical" style.
