This is a special junmai sake made by polishing "Ginpu", a rice suitable for sake brewing produced in Hokkaido, to 60% of its milling ratio, using Association No. 6 yeast, and brewed using traditional techniques. It is a dry DRY type sake with a moderate aroma, a good taste of rice, and a moderate acidity.
