Working in Tomakomai
Tomakomai is a town where I don't often stay overnight.
We went to a stylish soba noodle restaurant to compare three kinds of sake!
There are several kinds of sake other than those from Hokkaido!
Let's start with Hidakami from Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture!
Not too dry for a super dry sake!
It's firm and dry!
I thought it would be spicier than that since it was labeled "super", but they made it spicier than that!
The stew with a lot of green onions is delicious!
Sometimes I put some raayu (Chinese red chili oil) on it to change the taste!

~Super dry~.
The brewer has a very high awareness of dry sake, and this sake, unlike ordinary dry junmai sake, is a super-harsh junmai sake with a robust flavor. This sake is different from ordinary dry junmai sake in that it is an ultra-harsh junmai sake with a strong umami flavor. The impact of the sake itself will be felt in the mouth as if to say, "This is the super-harakuchi of Hidakami!
