At night, we went to a restaurant called "Juro" near Niigata Station.
It was highly rated on the internet, so we made a reservation and went there!
However, the taste was average, and there were not many standard dishes.
I guess it is for tourists.
I prefer private restaurants in the Furumachi area.

Not sure what I ordered.
The waiter didn't bring me a bottle!

Such a rare sake..,
It seems to be a clear, clear craft sake made with white malted rice.
Fresh and mild ginjo aroma.
I can't really smell it because someone is smoking a cigarette 🤨.
Light mouthfeel
Fruity flavor 🍏.
Sweet and sour and fresh, perfect for hot summer
Sweet and sour drinks can be tiring if you drink too much, but this one is well-balanced
