This is also my first time. I don't get the impression that it's sweet and sour. It looks fizzy in the glass it's poured in, but I don't think it has any pizzazz. It has a slightly citrusy acidity, but the overall taste is gentle. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
A dry sake that has changed from the past. When drunk on its own, it has a deep taste with a bit of maturity, but when drunk with food, it also gives a refreshing impression. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
I think this is probably the first time I've seen this label. It has a sweet and sour taste that is typical of Niimasa. It's freshly opened, so there's a slight fizziness to it.

Moderate sweetness and acidity. Unexpectedly fruity, but not assertive, so as the label says, suitable for evening drinks. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
It's crisp and refreshing, but I think it's quite old sake-like.
Once you get past that, there's also a bit of plump sweetness.
According to the guy at the store, it was given to him as a gift.
Would I be offended if I said it was like the sake they sell in souvenir shops? I think it tastes better at room temperature.

I used to drink sake every week without fail, but I haven't had a chance to post anything in a while.
I was surprised to see the number of groups has increased.
The choice for now was the stablemate, Yukino Kayasha Yamahai Junmai. The sure thing is that it does not disappoint today. T.KISOGood evening, Gyaban-san 😄

Continuation of Omachi.
This is another cup with a rich sweetness and umami flavor.
It is definitely a delicious sake.
Recently, Yamae-Nishiki and Aizan have been the two most popular sake rice, but my personal favorite Oumachi from the past is still alive and well. It is delicious.

I wonder if I've ever had Saku's Omachi?
It seems rather light with a bit of acidity, but has a strong umami flavor?
It has some sweetness, but not too much.

Thoughts of the 7th generation...Omachi
It starts out with a slight tangy taste, but it has a rich sweetness that is typical of Omachi. The umami flavor is nicely integrated.

It is freshly corked, so it has a slightly fizzy feeling.
It is light and fresh, but has a strong umami taste among all the Kaze no Mori wines I've had so far.

What a Nara attack. I had Hana-kun a while ago. It has sweetness and umami in a gentle acidity. But it's a bit plain and light, so I think it could have a bit more depth. It is tasty enough, though. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
Second drink after Wind Forest (not posted because I don't have a photo).
Slightly strong sour with some sweetness. Maybe a slight bitterness in the aftertaste? Not bad, but a little tricky to go quick after a workout.

I just found out for the first time that the label lists the flavor for each lot. Is it the same for other sakes from Shinsei?

It is a slightly acidic sweet fruity Hououmida but the aftertaste is silky and clean.
