☆☆☆☆☆ The aroma has a slightly old wine feel. A bit astringent with a slight sweet and sour taste. I wonder if it would be a bit more floral and fruity right after opening the bottle? I guess, but this feeling is not bad either.

☆☆☆☆☆ Drunken whale that drinks a lot. Is this the first time you've opened the bottle? It's rather tangy and dry. It must be delicious. After the dryness, it changes to a light, watery aftertaste, strange.

☆☆☆☆☆ It has a slight aged feel to it, but I think it has a mild umami and a bit of sharpness. I think it is a drinkable sake because it is not too heavy while still being drinkable.

☆☆☆☆☆ Pure Jozen Josui that I feel like I haven't had since I was a student. I remember drinking it in a game of Batsu at a circle camp. It tastes like water and is what we call Niigata sake. I guess it wasn't chilled, or maybe it was just warm enough to be room temperature, but it went down easy.

☆☆☆☆☆ Gorgeous, refreshing sweetness. Maybe a bit of sourness and bitterness. A little complex, so a little more mature than innocent youthfulness, that's what this sake is like.

☆☆☆☆☆ I'll have it again after last week. Maybe it's because it's paired with pickles, but it's not as sweet and sour as the last time. It's a little sweet, with a little sourness coming later. Well, it has enough of the Shinsei character, and it is usually delicious. Since I had a lot of Shinsei today, I think I will not have any more Shinsei for a while.

☆☆☆☆☆ This is also my first time. I don't get the impression that it's sweet and sour. It looks fizzy in the glass it's poured in, but I don't think it has any pizzazz. It has a slightly citrusy acidity, but the overall taste is gentle.

☆☆☆☆☆ A dry sake that has changed from the past. When drunk on its own, it has a deep taste with a bit of maturity, but when drunk with food, it also gives a refreshing impression.

☆☆☆☆☆ I think this is probably the first time I've seen this label. It has a sweet and sour taste that is typical of Niimasa. It's freshly opened, so there's a slight fizziness to it. Well, it is delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ It's crisp and refreshing, but I think it's quite old sake-like. Once you get past that, there's also a bit of plump sweetness. According to the guy at the store, it was given to him as a gift. Would I be offended if I said it was like the sake they sell in souvenir shops? I think it tastes better at room temperature.

☆☆☆☆☆ I used to drink sake every week without fail, but I haven't had a chance to post anything in a while. I was surprised to see the number of groups has increased. The choice for now was the stablemate, Yukino Kayasha Yamahai Junmai. The sure thing is that it does not disappoint today.

☆☆☆☆☆ Continuation of Omachi. This is another cup with a rich sweetness and umami flavor. It is definitely a delicious sake. Recently, Yamae-Nishiki and Aizan have been the two most popular sake rice, but my personal favorite Oumachi from the past is still alive and well. It is delicious. Well, I don't really know the difference between sake rice. ......
