It seems rather light with a bit of acidity, but has a strong umami flavor?
It has some sweetness, but not too much.

It starts out with a slight tangy taste, but it has a rich sweetness that is typical of Omachi. The umami flavor is nicely integrated.

What a Nara attack. I had Hana-kun a while ago. It has sweetness and umami in a gentle acidity. But it's a bit plain and light, so I think it could have a bit more depth. It is tasty enough, though.

Slightly strong sour with some sweetness. Maybe a slight bitterness in the aftertaste? Not bad, but a little tricky to go quick after a workout.

I just found out for the first time that the label lists the flavor for each lot. Is it the same for other sakes from Shinsei?
Unlike the information on the label, I had the impression that the aroma was strong and the taste was restrained.
