☆☆☆☆☆ Sour beverages. Last time (how many years ago?). It has a gentler sourness than the last time I drank it. Well, if you call it elegant, that's what it is, but it was a flax cat with an impression of being mature without being unlike.

☆☆☆☆☆ Lapis followed by Ecru. It's always hard to tell which is which, but my impression today was that it was gentler than Lapis. Well, it's still good like Shinsei.

☆☆☆☆☆ I think it's been a long time since I've been to Rome. Because it is low alcohol, it is rather refreshing and light. I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a bit lacking, but it's delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ It is the first real drink after having already drunk the saku at the corner bar of the liquor store which opened newly (it is beyond the area of the corner bar). Well, there is no doubt as usual. It's delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ It was the first time to drink out of the house for more than a month because I refrained from doing so. The first drink I had was a saku. It's refreshing and has a nice sweetness. It has a slight sourness or bitterness, but overall it has a delicate impression. It's a beautiful sake.

☆☆☆☆☆ What is it? It's not like a pure rice Daiginjo. It's good, but it's a little mature. Is it the sake brewing feeling? Is it because of the state of preservation? Recently, this restaurant doesn't even make a sake menu and is lazy. I complained a little. Well, it's quite possible that this is an ant.
