This was a summer sake in the middle of winter.
It's refreshing and delicious.
Stable and delicious.
It's pretty clear and light. I think it's not dry. It has a slight citrus-like astringency, followed by sweetness.
It could also be used as a food sake.
It is delicious.
Shinsei, are you going to adjust shipments due to the rice shortage?
So, I haven't had a Niimasa memory in a long time.
Rather gentle sweet and sour type. Well, it must be delicious.
Shinsei, are you going to adjust shipments due to the rice shortage?
So, I haven't had a Niimasa memory in a long time.
Rather gentle sweet and sour type. Well, it must be delicious.
I bought a bottle of Yamadaho the other day, I think? I was worried because I have a bottle of Snow Kayasha in stock at home, but I don't have anything else to drink.
Well, it is as delicious as ever. It doesn't have much of the so-called Yamahai-ness, but it is delicious.
I am looking forward to drinking it at home.
I wonder if the short-stalked ferry Hidakami has been ゙ before?
Firm taste and acidity. A hint of sweetness that comes later.
I like hikakami, so everything is good.
I think it's a bit bitter rather than sour and not melon-like, probably because it was just opened.
The aroma is mellow and delicious.
After a little while, the bitterness fades and the sweetness and sourness come through. However, I think I will finish it while the bitterness is still there. It tastes better after a little while than right after opening the bottle.
Fresh fruity acidity gives it a nice sharpness. It is also sweet and delicious.
Steady drunken whale. Today's is the kind that feels a bit jumpy but goes away before you know it.
A 13 degree low alcohol drink. Oh no, it's delicious. Yamahai-like acidity.
A little crisp and sour, unlike the sweetness of the aroma. A little bitterness lingers in the aftertaste?
It is delicious cold and refreshing.
Aromatic and refreshing. Gentle acidity brings it all together nicely. Well balanced and delicious.
Fresh and subtly carbonated. It's sweet, but it's also refreshing and tastes great on a hot day.
The aroma has a slightly old wine feel. A bit astringent with a slight sweet and sour taste. I wonder if it would be a bit more floral and fruity right after opening the bottle? I guess, but this feeling is not bad either.
Drunken whale that drinks a lot. Is this the first time you've opened the bottle? It's rather tangy and dry. It must be delicious.
After the dryness, it changes to a light, watery aftertaste, strange.
It has a slight aged feel to it, but I think it has a mild umami and a bit of sharpness. I think it is a drinkable sake because it is not too heavy while still being drinkable.

Pure Jozen Josui that I feel like I haven't had since I was a student. I remember drinking it in a game of Batsu at a circle camp.
It tastes like water and is what we call Niigata sake.
I guess it wasn't chilled, or maybe it was just warm enough to be room temperature, but it went down easy.
Gorgeous, refreshing sweetness. Maybe a bit of sourness and bitterness. A little complex, so a little more mature than innocent youthfulness, that's what this sake is like.
I'll have it again after last week.
Maybe it's because it's paired with pickles, but it's not as sweet and sour as the last time.
It's a little sweet, with a little sourness coming later. Well, it has enough of the Shinsei character, and it is usually delicious.
Since I had a lot of Shinsei today, I think I will not have any more Shinsei for a while. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
