Rishu
This is my first Tenpouichi. I was attracted by the 100% Hachitan Nishiki, so I bought it. It is very refreshing. It is not too sweet, but has a robust flavor.
I have been drinking a lot of low-alcohol sakes recently, so 16% works well for me. As expected, it has an elegant taste, so I enjoyed it with sashimi, which I was a little excited about. It is delicious!
