I was looking for something new to drink at a liquor store I frequent when I found "Yamamoto Uki Uki"! I had never come across it before, so I bought it immediately.
It is a spring sake. The first sip was sweet and tasty, and the last sip was sour and sour. It is a delicious sake with a sour taste and a bitter taste that spreads at the end. It is delicious. And I like the taste.
Uki Uki" had no special meaning, right? A little disappointing 😁.
