First time in Kaze no Mori
I had an image that it would be sweet.
I selected this one because it was described as "less sweet & DRY".
The aroma is slightly mellow.
When you take a sip
The sweetness is gone, but only the umami remains.
The aftertaste is spicy.
The rice polishing ratio is 65%.
But it is quite gorgeous.
