This time, too, we started our sake activities with Shinmasa Sake Brewery.
Sake is always delicious. 兎御殿The same sake, same Kitanishiki rice, Junmai Nama Genshu, but this one was dry, so we compared.
The rice polishing ratio is slightly different, but I was surprised at the difference between this and the sweet Origarami.
This one is super dry, which seems to be the image of Kitanishiki, but I was surprised at how different the flavors are due to the difference in production methods.
Both are delicious, but I'd recommend this one as a sake for a meal. 兎御殿It has a mellow oriental flavor and a sweet melon-like taste.
Kitanishiki has an image of being suitable for refreshing sake, but I was surprised at how sweet it became! 兎御殿It's a sweet taste with a gorgeous umami flavor with the shwapiness that is typical of Ikhara, and it's right up my alley ♡♡♡♡.
I've been wanting to try it for a while, and this is the first Hanayo-yoku I've had ✨I'll definitely buy it when I see it on sale ˃͈દ ˂͈༶ ) 兎御殿In my mouth, there was a soft sweetness and some kind of peculiarity. What kind of peculiarity? When I looked at the label, I realized it was Omachi rice (◍ᴗ-◍).
Even though it is an unblended sake, it is easy to drink with an Alc of 13. 兎御殿At Dining Taku
This is Miyamanishiki Junmai-shu, a dry sake with a refreshing taste.
It went well with oyster shabu. 兎御殿At Taku Dining Room
A daiginjo with the stability and flavor typical of Takachiyo
It is very refreshing for a Junmai Daiginjo, and is also delicious as a saké. 兎御殿On the way back from Hatsumoude (New Year's visit to the shrine), I went to Taku-san in Mochiidono shopping street, which I wanted to visit before, because it was open for business.
The smallest cup of sake is 20ml and you can pour as much as you like into it.
It was perfect for me as I like to drink various brands little by little, and the food was cheap and delicious.
I tried this Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu because it seemed rare. It's definitely delicious!

It has a strong flavor that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and it's good for enjoying little by little.

I've often seen it at Sake No Wa, and I've always wanted to try it, Shinsei's Lapis! (≧▽≦) Are you sure you want to drink it for 100 yen?
It's my first Shinsei, but it has a strong sourness like a traditional sake brewing. If it were 90ml, it would be a little hard to drink, but it's 20ml, so it's just right! 兎御殿On the way back from Hatsumoude (New Year's visit to the shrine), I went to Taku-san in Mochiidono shopping street, which I wanted to visit before, because it was open for business.
